When you select models from our website or from your designs, send us the list by e-mail (with sizing & instructions) then we will send you an invoice with shipping charges.
PAYMENTS
All Payments must be made in advance on sight. All prices are in EURO currency and payments must be made through designated banks Transfer Visa Card Master Card PayPal in EURO currency
SHIPPING CHARGES
There are two easy options to pay the shipping charges. The shipping charges can be made with the order payment OR we can send the shipment on FOB (Freight on Board) with your written approval. We use world famous Courier services such as UPS, DHL & FedEx for safe & fast delivery at our customer’s door step. Shipping charges are not refundable and if an exchange is requested, customer is responsible for additional shipping, insurance and handling charges.
RETURNS
Returns accepted on most items within 10 days for exchange, credit or refund. All refundable merchandise must be in unused condition with all tags and in the original box or packaging if applicable. We cannot return item(s) that have been custom-made (special sizing).
